The therapist was skilled and attentive, applying just the right amount of pressure to work out tension without causing discomfort. The session was well-paced, and the therapist focused on areas I mentioned while also addressing overall relaxation. Art’s the best! Found the place on google and it had good reviews, and have been going here for months now. I do CrossFit type workouts and Art keeps my body healthy with deep tissue and sports massage/stretches. He’s a real kool dude and has always been friendly and accommodating, so he gets a high recommendation from me.
Been going for a few months and it’s been life changing. Art is phenomenal at what he does and is such a personable guy that you can totally talk about anything with and it’s a good time. I look forward to getting a sports massage the moment I’m already leaving from my last one, that’s how good it is. Art is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and a great choice for deep tissue massage to help out athletic aching bodies. My ability to continue my active lifestyle has greatly improved under Art’s care. Highly recommend getting the 3 massage package for a great deal!
