Worst service ever. Never had an appointment because they were impossible to schedule with and they claimed 5 Telehealth appointments for me across 2 years! Would not recommend. They are SCAMMING MEDICARE with fraudulent claims for appointments that never happened.
Never phoned me for 3 scheduled appointments, bogus indeed. Not even worth a star
This company is hopeless. Made two appointments to have a phone call , both confirmed including email replies then no phone call. Not professional and shouldnt be dealing with peoples mental health when they cant even keep an appointment to phone you. Do not use and if your doctor refers you go somewhere else. You cant contact them at all only vie email and they book you in to phone then dont. Do not use under any circumstances. If you could leave a zero review i would .
