Fabulous facility with great staff to guide you through the experience. I've been for two floats now and can't wait to go back. I don't think I've ever been more relaxed, and the feeling of relaxation stays with me for days, both physically and mentally. I'm so glad this is in my neighborhood!

The ambiance is lovely, the staff are wonderful and took a lot of care at familiarizing me with the experience before I started. The float itself was both deeply relaxing and also really interesting to see what came up for me during an hour of total quiet and stillness. Overall I left there feeling very meditative and like my nervous system had a deep reset. Since my soak I've been thinking about doing it again and I'm really looking forward to going back soon!
