What in incredible experience. I had never floated and decided to try the night before my first triathlon. Being someone who also has a fear of complete darkness I was not sure how it would go. I could not believe how amazing and calm I felt during the float and ALL my super intense nerves for my triathlon the next morning were gone! A spectacular experience, It was my first time trying anything like that
It was with a lot of excitement and more than a little nervousness that I went to Equilibrium for my first float. People I know were talking about how enjoyable it is and I had heard about flotation tanks from podcasts, but I really had no idea what to expect. The experience was great, very interesting and very relaxing. I came out feeling recharged and I slept particularly great that night. Equilibrium itself is a very nice facility.
