Useless company that leads to more issues. Can't get anything done on website. Easier to have my credit stolen than it is to contact this company and resolve any issues.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable experience. Equifax mixed my credit file with someone else’s, even though we have completely different first names and different surnames. Because of this error, I was able to see highly sensitive financial information that clearly belonged to another person, including the number of credit cards they have and the payment amounts for their three mortgages.
