Just terrible all around the board! The lack of technology is a major problem and issue. Why haven’t these multi million dollar corporations upgraded anything while continuing to tax and invest in their own corporations and interests! We just given the most horrible advise to mail sensitive private documents. I'm disappointed with the advance technology we have today I can't simply email the necessary documents to equifax. Uploading them is another option but still the 30 day wait even after self reporting is ridiculous. Wish I could give a zero star.
Unbelievable how terrible this “service” is. Wasted an hour getting my credit temporarily unlocked. Had to change my password, and when I we t to lock it back, the app says it is the wrong password and locked me out of my account. Wish I could give zero stars.
