I contacted Equanimity Behavioral Health in early 2024. My sister was in the middle of a mental health crisis and I needed a new provider for her. Equanimity really came through. Kind, Helpful and Compassionate are not adequate words to describe Equanimity. Even though we have been with them a relatively short time, the help and care they have provided my sister is enormous. If I call a medical professionals office and leave a message and when you call back don't start with 'Hi this is whomever from whatever medical office' but call back with 'Hello, you called?' without stating who you are or where you're from and I have to question who you are and why you called, I'm not interested in participating in whatever fraudulent activity you're participating in and I'm most definitely not scheduling an appointment...a little professionalism goes a long way

Had an appointment scheduled with an online confirmation and office was closed with no warning. Waited 20 minutes past and no one showed. Called the very useless answering service who offered to reschedule but had no appointment in their system for me…Thanks for wasting my time…Don’t waste your time or money here.
