Some of these guys have a horrible attitude. Went in to seek assistance and the guy i spone with kept interrupting me when I asked questions. I couldnt get any clear answers. I tried to call to save some time but this guy also had no customer service skills at all. Poor excuse of a lawyer firm. It seems more like a scam where they will pick and choose which cases they'll take on. With that being said, be mindful of the reviews and pay close attention to the patterns.
I went there a while back and had great success with ERDF. I got FULL CUSTODY of my son. I recommend them to everyone who asks me about custody issues. They are very effective because they are direct and focused on the bottom line. They are NOT men who spend 2 hours getting ready in the morning. IYKYK I sent my brother there. Front desk or the person who answered the phone was very rude and really did not care. I called to get guidance and advice, since I really don’t have knowledge on child support. On the first call he hung up on me 10 seconds into the call. 2nd call, he stated that we don’t offer help and hangs up on me again. I wish I had talked to someone else who cares about what they’re doing.
Scott was very helpful during my long 2 year custody battle. If you want someone to just tell you what you want to hear and take your money, go somewhere else. They were very honest with me, let me handle the filings that I felt comfortable handling myself and were a big help when things were too difficult for me! I highly recommend them if you need help!
