Still waiting on a social worker too call me . After a week ?? Does this place even have anyone qualified that wants too help Me? If they are are a part of UF . They are a failure too the community !! I’m Patiently waiting for someone too call me ? As I was promised !!! Welcome too Gainesville. !!!
The clinic has had my labs for about a month now. Never received a phone call. I unfortunately started a job less than a week ago that is overnight and can't make it into the clinic now. I have no way of restarting my HRT until I'm able to get insurance due to the fact that I can't make it into their hours now. Had they called me once the labs came back (the day after I got the labs done) I could have already started back on my medication that I've been on for 5 years.
