We've had our (2016 used) 3100 almost 1 year. We liked the size of the unit but material quality is lacking. Sink faucets are tarnishing, both dinnette and driver seat material have small rips, some of the cabinet doors were missing screws, slide-out never had a seal on the outside to stop wind and rain from entering, rear view camera is unusable during night time driving (total blur), toilet flap constantly leaks. Have owned Phoenix Cruiser motorhomes (2) for thirteen years. Will go back for a third one some day. Their quality, design functionality and value are exceptional. Our longest trip FL to Alaska 12,500 miles and about 75 days. Have been to factory twice for those little “nit noids “ that occur in any mechanical device. Both times (this weeks was was a no notice visit) we were treated courtesy, rapid repairs and friendly smiles. It’s a great company and a great product.
