First of all I would like to say that EQ Auto Works is a very good place to have your car repaired. Tiffany was especially helpful and friendly, and has an excellent knowledge of cars and auto parts. I enjoyed working with her. I took my 2016 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback to have my brakes fixed due to the fact that they were grinding. It turned out that the brakes were bad and needed to be replaced, but most of the grinding was coming from the rear axle bearings, so I also needed them replaced. I took my Volvo to this guys cause my A/C wasn’t blowing cold. They told me that my compressor needed to be replaced and heat cord and all this other parts, they wanted to charge me $11,400 and some change, so I took it to a high performance auto shop and the only problem it had was the charging port was wore out and needed replacing so they replaced it and checked it again and everything was good on it. My car was completed in a timely manner! The place is all around very clean and welcoming their waiting area is very nice with small toys for littles. Everyone you come in contact with is smiling and happy. 10/10
