Had an issue with my Toyota Tundra that another shop could not figure out. EQ Auto found the problem which was hard to diagnose, was very honest and thorough and sent pics of everything. Above that they loaned me a car to drive so I could get to work. This was a new experience for me in the auto repair world. I won’t take my truck anywhere else!!! Great people and even greater service!
Fast, flexible, knowledgeable, courteous, good communication. I’ve been grateful to have worked with many great mechanics and shops in my time, but have found that you have to make compromises on an expectation or two. EQ proves you can have it all. Was able to schedule a day to drop off and get diagnosed within a day. Completed what was diagnosed and was without my vehicle for only 2 days. Hell of a lot better than having to drop off at other shops in the past without out knowing when it will be looked at or serviced. Quick, efficient, and priced well!
I was told by BMW of Tyler that I needed new brakes & thousands of dollars worth of work done on my car. I then took my car to EQ Auto Works. I told them if I needed a new brakes. I'd get the work done. They checked my car out thoroughly and said at 35,000 miles my brakes were good & I would not need brakes for a while.
