Fantastic experience purchasing from Matt and Michelle at EQ Audio Video in Barrie. I cannot recommend eq audio video enough. My wife and I were looking to upgrade our audio system and stopped in to eq audio a couple hours before closing and were greeted by Michelle, who gave us a tour of the store and answered our many questions about different speakers, and set up a pair of Focal for us to demo. We made an appointment for Saturday to listen to other speakers and met Ed and Matt. Both are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, we never felt pressured at any point, it was like hanging out at a friend's liste... read more

I ordered a particular device from no fewer than three other retailers, all of whom accepted my money and then, a week or more later, let me know that they didn't actually have the product. I called EQ AV, spoke to Michelle, she verified they had what I was looking for, packaged it up and shipped it (not just created the label but actually put it in the courier's hands) that very same afternoon.
