One of, if not the best hifi shop(s) in the GTA. Matt was very welcoming, helpful, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. Overall store atmosphere is amazing, and their selection is second to none. Top-tier, exceptional experience all around and a first choice for any Hi-Fi related needs.
Purchased a pair of speakers from EQ Audio Video last summer and received them with shipping damages. Fortunately only the boxes were broken and the speakers seemed alright. EQ Audio was kind enough to provide some used replacement boxes 7 months later at no additional cost. Communication was good but overall this was a mediocre experience at best.
Initially, walked into EQ just looking to 'browse' as I contemplated whether to gut a basement into a home theatre/ family media room. From the get go, Matt was both approachable and knowledgable, providing thoughtful guidance on how to best achieve my goals. Matt's passion for the industry was very clear throughout the planning, staging and execution of building our room from scratch. Amazing audio store to deal with , prompt , precise transaction I ordered iso acoustics and within one call I was able to sort out all my needs including the extra threads . Shipping was also on point. Will be definetly doing business with eq audio going forward
