Same as other reviews, has in hospital stay, gave no consent for tests that cost extra. Yet recieved a bill a week later for a blood test i wasn't even aware they tested for. Not happy.
After seeing a specialist at the Epworth consulting rooms, my husband needed to have an MRI. From the moment we stepped into Epworth Pathology, until the time we left, we found the staff to be very professional; knowledgeable; efficient and empathetic. Shout out to Sarah for fitting us in, as we were from a regional area and Nick who conducted the MRI.
Diane was professional, gentle, and very friendly. She made the blood collection process quick and comfortable.

I had a similar experience to another review above. I had a surgery at Epworth Private hospital. There was no mention of any extra costs, I was advised that there may be a capped amount of $65 for pathology which I was happy to pay. A month later after surgery I received a pathology bill of $759, which I was shocked at. I think this massive expensive should be at least be included in informed consent.
