Best hospital I've been to in the last six months
No n95 masks at front desk during a Covid, flu and rsv wave. These guys are in the business of making money not caring for the vulnerable. Shameful practice of using surgical masks when there is no scientific evidence for these but the evidence is for N95. Surgical masks are for surgery….. (hence the name) to deal with blood splatters not contagious air born germs!
We had a wonderful experience at the Epworth. We are very grateful to all the staff that helped deliver our baby and the midwives who supported us during our stay. The midwives were caring, supportive and knowledgeable. We felt very well taken care of and learnt so much. We are beyond grateful. Thank you!
We had a scheduled c section there a year ago and stayed for 4 nights. The overall birth experience was quite pleasant with my ob and staff. The stay was a mixed bag. In terms of comfort, food, facilities it was great. We were moved to a double bed on the second night. The nurse and midwives are are so different, we had ones that made the stay so easy and very attentive. However another one brought me to tears with the shaming and dismiss everything we do.
