No information provided on out of pocket costs until 1 working days notice before procedure. and further when you don’t receive an email for those costs they can’t forward the original email to you! Beware of any out of pocket costs, total ripoff !
My experience with the nursing care at this hospital was unfortunately very mixed. After surgery you are in a very vulnerable position. You may be in pain, unable to move properly, affected by medication and dependent on the people looking after you. At a time like this, kindness and patience are very important. I had the best stay at the Freemasons after my surgery two days ago. I don’t even know where to begin! Dr Samantha Mooney is the best, truly one of a kind. All of the nurses that took care of me were amazing. The room I stayed in was like a hotel room and the food was great. Thank you so much for making me feel so safe and cared for when I was anxious. I felt like you all really cared about me and that made my journey so much easier.
