After spending 4 days at Freemason Epworth I can’t speak highly enough . Each nurse and dr I had were absolutely outstanding couldn’t fault anything . The food was really good quality I have been in lots of hospital and this by far is the best ever . Well done everyone
I’ve just left the hospital after a week in a shared ward , I was admitted after my wait in emergency on Sunday afternoon. May 13? Dr Joe who looked after me was amazing. I remained there until about 4 am when an ambo took me to Freemasons . I was admitted with a nurse giving me a warm blanket in my bed. I had complications to a uti which my dr was treating with antibiotics, Keflex. was on day 4 of those. I was poorly for 2 days so called an ambulance, severe headache and gut pain. Had best experience at Freemasons Epworth West Ward Second level, I was there 18-20 May 2026 and I'd like to give a big thank you to nurses, support staff, physios for their support, caring and services they are second to none, big shout out to Dani, and Arisie who were so helpful and caring thank you very much.
Nurse Ash and Cathy, I hope you read this some day. Thank you so much for taking care of me when I was in recovery yesterday after my same day surgery. This was my first time ever with anaesthetic and being in hospital. I was in so much pain but you were both there to listen and reassure me everything was going to be okay. I felt less alone and less terrified. Thank you for being such kind, empathetic and wonderful nurses.
