I can’t thank Dr Cheng and his team enough for their incredible care and support. From my very first consultation, Dr Cheng made me feel heard, understood and completely confident in my decision. His calm, kind, and professional approach put me at ease every step of the way. I’m only at the beginning of my post-op bariatric journey, but I’m already seeing amazing results. I truly feel like I’m getting my life back and it’s all thanks to his expertise and genuine care. I couldn’t recommend Dr Cheng more highly!
Dr Cheng and the whole team at ECBS were fantastic. The guidance and support from the team was very comprehensive from initial consultation to post-surgery follow-ups.
Dr Yuan Cheng is an excellent surgeon. He is very thorough in explaining in the ons and outs of all weightloss surgery options and helped weigh up the pros and cons of each. This helped me to decide which procedure to go with, and helped me to feel prepared for everything to come after. He performed my surgery perfectly and I have had a great recovery! I look forward to what my future will hold with a new lease on life!
Cannot speak highly enough about Dr Yuan Cheng and his team. Right from the very first visit up until post op surgery, Dr Cheng was amazingly supportive and made me feel at ease from the start. His work was exceedingly professional, so much so that I can barely see the incisions that were made for my gastric sleeve. I had my sleeve gastrectomy almost 6 weeks ago and can whole heartedly recommend Dr Cheng and his team. The reading material provided before hand explained fully what I could expect in hospital, how to prepare, how to start back on food, and a thorough run down of each stage post op from liquids through to ‘normal’ food. Any questions for either Dr Cheng or dietitian Kristen, were answered in a timely way.
