Thank goodness this is closing end of June. Totally unacceptable. I had to show nurse how to lower tray table so my friend who is an inpatient can eat. She was overheating due to a medical condition and placed an ice pack on her head. I requested a fan. Been in nearly 2 weeks unable to walk and every single day more than once a day no access to bell. Waited 52 minutes to go bathroom. Today sent me a photo of bell on bed when she is in a chair on other side of room. Absolute disgrace.

Epworth Rehab hospital is fabulous. The Medical staff, Physios & OTs provide caring & professional support to get you back to where you were before your event. They push you ever so gently to make your rehab process stronger and to get a better outcome. I started playing rounds of golf just 5 months after a large stroke laid me low.
