Just got our truck stocked for our new van at Epting in Rock Hill, and I wanted to give a special thank you to JJ and the older gentleman who helped us. The customer service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They treated us like family and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I spoke to a man on the phone he stated his name was Derek so I did some research on the buisness and found out the man's name is Derek Doster. He was rude very and pushy on the phone. No buisness should have this kind of employee working for them. If anyone does needs this company for anything, do not speak to Derek you deserve better. He will bully you on the phone and speak to you in a rude manner. I have the phone recorded for quality purposes if the company needs to hear it. Thank you

It’s a newer store in the Epting family of stores. Very clean, very organized. I was up there for a Mitsubishi class. Instructor was awesome.
