Do not ever go to San Mateo! First of all the first impression my husband and I had of San Mateo was terrible. The inside of our bathroom sink was painted in and their was paint drippings all over the floor when we moved in. We had a problem with our light fixture in the kitchen and once we let them know about it, it took them forever to begin fixing it and even longer to fix it. When i first moved in the bathtub had a whole in it,,,,they chose to fix it first by just painting over it...this time they put a sealer then painted over it...hopfully it works now...oh and the same problem persists with the sink.

these apartments are nice but their mangement sucks!!! we had trouble with our restroom it took them 2days to fix and when they did fix it they spayed paint where the water leaked all over the celing.

These apartments are AWFUL. I had problems with my restroom and it took them at least a week to come look into it and they kept saying it was fixed but my toilet kept leaking and my shower was clogged and to top it off the airconditioner unit was leaking. The worst part about the mangagment is that at the time I was living there (06-07) there were alot of robberies during the summer months and they failed to inform us and guess what, I was robbed in August. I wouldnt recommend these apts for anything.
