I have MS and he poked me with a safety pin to see how numb I was! He laughed about it, but it wasn't funny. Once I was in desperate need, but couldn't get in sooner than 6 weeks. I'm looking elsewhere.

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Does this provider always put the customer first? Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was; near Banner Thunderbird Hospital; and easy to find; on the South-side of Thunderbird Rd, at 57th Ave. Office is located in Southeast corner of plaza in central of building complex. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
