This is the absolute worst family law firm in Canada. Kristin Whitley in particular has to be the most unethical, greedy and corrupt. She will make your trial go on and on needlessly and waste time and money. Kristin Whitley and Epstein Cole made my case drag on and on just so they could rack up the bill. I contacted this firm regarding a family law matter and, unfortunately, my experience ended at the intake stage. I received an email around 9:30 a.m. requesting additional information to continue the intake process. I responded promptly, but by approximately 4:00 p.m. I had not received a follow-up. I wish there was a zero because that’s what I would give them! This firm is unethical and unprofessional. After 13 years of marriage, my husband and I reached a negotiated agreement regarding our prenup. Both parties signed the agreement, and I believed the matter was finally resolved. Instead of encouraging their client to honour an agreement that had already been reached and signed, they are now attempting to revoke a part of it!
