Support doesn't return your calls. There is nothing about that you must use only Epson cartridges on the user's manual, only that they are recommended. The cartridges that came with the unit only lasted for 50 copies so I purchased aftermarket cartridges. They worked just fine until I upgraded the driver. Now the printer wants me to buy original cartridges. What a scam! Epson, you are costing people that purchased your product money! You are digging into our pockets! It's wrong! It's bad business!
Epson XP-320 can't print black and white documents because the color ink cartridges are empty. Garbage printers, with bad software, made by people with no scruples. It would be a very easy software fix, but they don't have the integrity to do it.
Do not buy an Epson projector. Mine lasted 3 years and the optical engine failed. Under 5000 hours on the unit. 3020e. Called support and was told out of warranty. To repair they estimate 700 + shipping without any warranty of workmanship. I asked for 1/2 the cost to repair. No reply. Very poor customer care.
