Amazing service and fantastic work done on my car with excellent communication
I've read mixed reviews for Epsom but my experience was top class. The manager, Harry, looked after me and my car over the 2-3 months it was getting repaired (the delay was due to parts having to come from overseas). The original (and major) damage to the car was not my fault and as it was a brand new car I was devastated, frustrated and concerned about my car, and that it would never be the same. Bought my work van in for repairs due to accident. Got it all done in same day after drop off as I needed my van back for jobs Excellent services Would recommend them
Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Clean comfortable office and repair factory. Helped me transfer stuff from one car to the next. Their partners in towing were friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a lift after a school run hit and run left me stranded.
