Good receiving staff
The owner and management are not to be trusted, don’t expect anyone in a supervisor role to have your back. There is no job security here, they got no problem skidding people. The shop tools get treated like trash and so they are trash. The moral in the shop is low. The work is very repetitive, and their blueprint drawings are the worst. The shop is very cliquey and if you don’t fit in pack your bags. Not a good experience here.
