I have had EPS for many years. I never had a problem until the last year or so. Today I called because I was trying to change the code and messed it up and now the horns are going on and off . She said no one could help me today even though I pay extra for service whenever there is a problem. I can't unplug the system because it is in my attic. So I have to listen to the horns all night. Not acceptable.
Not happy. Have been trying to resolve a double billing issue. Reached out 3 days in a row to their customer service. Keep being told they will "email the accounts receivable and call me back". To date no call backs at all. Not very good customer service. Update. Changed my review. Management called as stated and resolved my issue. She gave me the time to explain and assured me it would be taken care of. Also followed up with another phone call and email. I feel heard and valued as a customer now. Thank you EPS.
