Tech was super nice & informative. We ended up electing for additional services & he was happy to do them in the same visit. He gave a complete run thru of the program capabilities & answered the multitude of questions we had. All around a great experience. Thank you Daniel!
EPS tech James G did a great job communicating on arrival time, and also arrived on time. He did a great job evaluating the project before starting. Completed the job as we had discussed. Did a great job explaining and going over equipment once 100% of install was completed! Overall this has been the best service we have received out of any security system in Northern MI
EPS was great till they weren’t. I built a new retail space in 2022 and summit installed my fire alarm and EPS was hired to monitor it. First year went great. Local sales rep was amazing. In May of 2024 EPS reached out to schedule an equipment check. Slightly annoying they were setting off intrusion and fire alarms during business hours but whatever. However 3 weeks later our fire alarm keeps going off. There’s no fire. And way to override it to turn off. Our panel says that there is a faulty heat sensor. I call EPS. I get t... read more
