I've been with them for 15 years. I have sent them a lot of business, not just clients but other tax offices. Over the last few years, it has become more difficult to deal with them when my customers have an issue. I usually have to call several times. It takes over 48 hours to get a response and sometimes they do not respond at all. The only pro is that the fees are low cost, but there are too many cons at this point. .
Beware. This is a dishonest processor that will try to keep a nuisance amount and not pay all your customers' payments.
