Before booking, I specifically confirmed that the garage would be included in the cleaning. However, the garage was not cleaned at all. The crew spent approximately 5 hours at my home. I am a repeat customer. Both times our technician was friendly professional and extremely thorough. This company knows carpet cleaning very well. My carpet was trashed from high traffic and our elderly dog. Both times the results were unbelievable. I feel like I got new carpet for the cost of carpet cleaning....
Most professional carpet cleaning business I've ever hired. They got to me the same day i asked them to come to clean my old apartment carpets. They were prompt. Got the job done well and gave me the receipt my apartment complex asked for.
