They were terrible, something I could have done with my vacuum! And I informed them of my concern but they said they could not try again. Just poor job. Would not recommend.
The site says they are open 24 hours. I called for hourly rate and was told call back tomorrow. Rude and unprofessional

Don't be fooled! This company's professional competence ends at the website. I scheduled a move out cleaning and carpet cleaning one month in advance and was assured my home would be completely clean in 5 hrs. One guy showed up with the kind of carpet cleaning machine you rent from a grocery store. He forgot his vacuum. After 4 hours he had only cleaned the master bathroom - and not well.
