This office is unbelievably inconsiderate and has the audacity to punish a 12 year old because her parents couldn’t make consistent payments. The Rock Hill office absolutely refuses to remove my daughters braces because of an outstanding balance of $1300! Her father and I ended up in court trying to settle the debt and Dr. Epps orthodontist outright refused to remove her braces while the case was being settled.
