Bill Epps does great work Bill Epps is the best HVAC & plumber in the area. He came to our home and fixed our water heater on a Friday night at standard rates while everyone else wanted time and a half. The guy that wrote the review before me must work for the competition becuase he is full of it. This summer Bill came over when our AC was shutting down and instead of trying to sell us a brand new unit he fixed the old one. He does a lot for the local community of Fox River Grove and is a man of his word.
HORRIBLE customer service Bill at Epps is AWFUL to deal with. He's great when SELLING to you, but God forbid you need service.... he was, in our opinion, just awful to deal with. They were supposed to have a part to us in one to two days tops, with a call to us BEFORE ordering it.... NO call... one full WEEK later, they call and want to install it and then complain to us, THE CUSTOMER, about how far they had to drive to get the part! Are you kidding me??!
Wouldn't trust any one else. I have lived in my house since 1983. We have a boiler heating system in our house. I have spent thousands of dollars, even replacing the unit, to correct the inadequate heating situation we were living with. Epp's Custom Heating and Air came to my rescue when Bill found the problem in five minutes and corrected it immediately. Customer service - Geat.
