Eppler Construction handled our patio and backyard remodel, and did an amazing job. Kirk is the only builder i've met that responds to all my texts and returns all my calls. Relatively speaking this was likely a small job for Eppler but Kirk was on site just about every day his crew was working. Kirk came over to look at 2 bathrooms for a remodel 7 weeks ago and said he would have an estimate back in about 2 weeks. I texted him to see if he had my estimate yet after 4 weeks. He responded that the office almost had it ready, which was fine, however since then he has not responded to any of my text asking for an update including asking him if he is not interested in my project to let me know so I could move forward with another contractor. No response which is very disappointing and unprofessional.
Truly a first class operation! Excellent follow up and attention to detail. I am usually hesitant to give out referrals for anything, but have total confidence in Kirk Eppler and Eppler Construction.
We have done business w/ the Epplers for 10+ years. They are excellent to work with, easy to talk to and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
