they have losers that drive fast in housing development's and then when confronted about speeding the driver pulls a GUN... SMFH..

We have been doing business with these folks for 30 years or more.They came yesterday and cleaned the tank and inspected the baffles.Ground looks like they were never here and the job was done right.Pleased that they still do what they do expertly,can't say that for most today😀.
Just had a new septic system put in. They promise to leave the yard as good as it was when they started. Well they left it better then it has ever been. Big shout out to Epping Exeter Septic System. Made the process as painless as possible and enjoyable people to deal with. Highly recommend them if you need any septic services.
Cleaned and replaced the filter for my tank the day before they were coming to save the $50. Look at my bill when I got home today and they charged me $50 to replace it. So I called and said “let me get this right you charged me to replace my clean filter with a clean filter?” She said yes. What a piece of garbage outfit. Will never use again and will tell as many people as I can reach not to either.
My husband and I just used your services for the first time and I'm really impressed. We called mid week last week and you scheduled us for today, Monday. Then about 15 minutes before you arrived you called to let us know your ETA. Matt was so polite and so was the other gentleman with him. (I'm sorry I don't recall his name). The guys were friendly and fast. Thank you so much. we will refer you to our neighbors and will be using you again.
Just called to talk about the bill and spoke to Paula who was not polite or professional. I tried talking to her about what had been explained to me in the past and she got all high and mighty and was just plain rude. Not how you treat a customer of 15 years. They have lost a customer who will never use them again. Stay away! They are not up front about their pricing and when questioned you get stiff armed. Again, stay away!!!
