Jake turned up at short notice to carry out a gutter repair. During the works he identified other issues which he sorted for me. His service was top notch from quotation through to the final works. I will use him again and fully recommend his services to anyone needing any roofing jobs done. Fair priced, punctual and an all round good person.

Had an issue with our guttering not draining properly and couldn't be happier with the service. Came round quickly and was a very fair price. He took the time to identify the problem, realigned the guttering correctly so the water now runs exactly as it should, and even repaired some damaged leadwork that I'd not originally asked about. Would recommend

End section of gutter had slipped and was only going to get worse. Jake at Epping Roofers asked for a photo of the issue then offered to come by same day even though not an emergency. Found the problem, re-connected gutter with additional fixings and supports. Whilst up there, cleaned out front and rear gutters, checked and re-sealed all joints front and rear. Pretty comprehensive and thorough job.

Very efficient and outstanding work. They come and repaired a leak in skylight window and replaced slate tiles in a very hard place to access but they done it without scaffolding worked off of ladders and duck runs made it very safe and highly recommend professional roofing service. We are based in Shaftbury Road Epping.
