Mocha had her first appointment today and it was such a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and I left the office feeling like all my questions were answered. I also love that they email you a copy of your pet's records and send you home with all the information you need, especially for a first time puppy owner. Thanks, Dr. Cornell!
Yesterday was my pup Gracie's first visit to the vet. I was full of all kinds of questions and they made me feel very at ease. Gracie loved meeting Dr. Carey and Stephanie. I did a lot of research and read hundreds of reviews and I am certain that I made the right choice by choosing Epping Rd Veterinary hospital.
The whole staff is excellent here! I felt as though the techs and the Doctor were very thorough and really wanted me to understand what was being done. The atmosphere was very calm and the facility was super clean. I will be back and l would recommend this to any animal owner!
Great experience! Dr. Cornell and her techs are amazing! Extremely friendly, patient, and understanding. They took their time and explained everything and anything that they could think of to help my situation. I was not rushed and I felt like a priority. They also have a cute little sign set up in the room with your pets name and I thought that was great. I would recommend to everyone and I will be going back!
Absolutely Wonderful , the vets the pet nurses the whole atmosphere. They are all kind and caring to the pet parents as well as the animals . I would recommend anybody, To bring their pets here for care !!! ���
Jingles and I had our first experience with the Epping road vets, in Exeter. The facility is very clean, warm, and inviting. The Doctors, and vet techs, all of the staff, are well informed, very professional, detailed and helpful with information about your pet, and procedures. Five star customer service, it's at the top. They are not only friendly but very thorough with my fur babies! They also work with you by giving you choosing the lower price or higher end price depending on what your fur baby is getting done.! Love you guys already!!
We were parents to 3 dogs and had been going to the same vet for about 13 years and I generally had no complaints except my favorite doctor left and nobody else wowed me. My late lab was developing incontinence issues and the 20 minute ride to that office was too long for him, so when this new office opened I decided to try it out. Everything has been great but especially when our 14 year old lab passed, the card they sent us was above and beyond compassionate, signed by every staff member with a note.
