W G Epperson owner and his son run a great business, for me most fair and honest salvage person I have dealt with in this area. Up front and several times has not charged me for used parts (depending on the part), Reasonable in prices and labor. This is one of the first places I call when needing parts.
STAY AWAY GAVE PRODUCTION DATE AND VIN ON MY TRUCK, THEY SENT THE WRONG TRANSMISSION WHICH I SHIPPED TO FAMILY IN WEST VA HAD TO PAY FREIGHT BOTH WAYS TO RETURN IT, THEN THEY COULDNT PAY ME THE REFUND TILL THEY HAD SOMEONE TO SIGN A CHECK, WHAT A LOUSY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY i AM OUT 400.00! IM #\$%\$.
**BEWARE** **WARNING!!!!!** PAID \$1000.00 TO PUT TRANSMISSION IN DAUGHTERS BLAZER. WE TOOK BACK TO SHOP SEVERAL TIMES AND EACH TIME IT WAS SOMETHING DIFFERENT (TRYING TO AVOID HONORING WARRANTY). WE BELEIVE THEY USED SAME TRANSMISSION THAT WAS IN THE VEHICLE TO BEGIN WITH (MARK YOUR OLD TRANSMISSION!!) AND DIDN"T PUT A REBUILT ONE IN LIKE WE PAID FOR. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY DISHONEST THAT WERE CAUGHT IN SEVERAL LIES, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. MY DAUGHTER HAS ONLY BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE ABOUT A MONTH SIN... read more
