I HATE IT HERE !!!! I WANT TO MOVE BUT AS SOON AS IM BACKED UP ONE MONTH HERE THEY GO! TAKING ME TO COURT! THEY LITERALLLY POSTED MY 1!!! MONTHS RENT COURT LETTER ON MY DOOR YESTERDAY. AFTER I BE CHASING CARCKHEADS AND BUMS OUT THE BUILDING TO SAFE FEEL SAFE AND THEY DO NOTHING! I WANT OUT ASAP!!!! THE BUILDING STAYS DIRTY AND I DON'T HAVE HEAT MOST THE WINTER. I WOULD POST PICTURES BUT IM NOT GOING TO DO THEM LIKE THAT

Calling and repairs are horrible. The Bronx apts stink and are extremely dirty.
Terrible management, charged rent 2 times for the same month,after that refused to return money and said that I have a credit now,no heat no hot water ,extremely rude receptionists,avoid it at all costs
