I've used Annette Epp for Insurance for maybe 15+ years (even before she was in Hutch), from my first vehicle to my first home, to now my second home. She's gone above and beyond on hooking me up with good rates from various providers. I've had other insurance companies try to get my business, but they can't beat the rates I already have (such as Gieco). Ms. Epp insisted we as sellers replace our roof. Reason given: Three layers of tile and hail damage. My advice to anyone given this outrageous quote of well over $7,300.00 dollars is to get a reputable roofing company's seond opinion. They found one layer of shingles along with zero hail damage. This Insurance company finally agreed to insurer the home for the buyers. This was a stress factor that all of the parties could have lived without.
