I’ve been to this place twice, and I’d be happy to keep coming back. The customer service is outstanding, and the staff are not only professional but also very knowledgeable. Truly an amazing clinic. If you’re in the Niagara Region, I highly recommend visiting this dental clinic for top quality care
Cannot recommend RAD more! I went in embarrassed and afraid of a huge bill. I immediately felt at ease there, the staff was so kind and didn’t make me feel bad about the state my teeth were in. After we started getting a plan in place and my insurance ran out after the extractions (8) and the partial denture we set up a payment plan for the rest. This is a dentist office with great ambience. The ladies up front always have a warm smile to greet you with, and the dentists are top notch. Dr. Gould, with his many interesting stories to keep you amused and at least somewhat distracted. And a couple young men who are well on their ways to very long and successful careers. I took my mother there the other day for her first visit. My mother is very anxious when it comes to the dentist. When I scheduled this appointment for my mother, the receptionist was super amazing. We were greeted with a friendly smile, and the friendly voice that had booked my mother's appointment. Daniella welcomed us and made to feel like we are part of the family.
