Wish I had done more research before hiring these guys. Brothers-owned operation that seemed promising at first, but the product they installed started having issues not long after. That's when things went sideways — reached out multiple times and was completely ghosted. No call back, no email, nothing. Todd was able to work me in quickly, and his guys are real stars. They went out of their way to do the job correctly, were fun to work with, and offered additional assistance if there any issues in the future. It's uplifting to experience a team that still does things the right way.

We live in Randolph County and had been turned down twice by companies in the Indy area. The folks at EFS said it shouldn't be a problem, came out and quoted the job, showed up as scheduled and completed the job in two days. If you're looking to have this type of work done, save the research time and just call these people!
