We noticed last winter that our floors were incredibly slippery and had multiple accidents resulting in people falling. I attempted to work with this company to have it fixed but they first never got back to me and then final responded and came out after 5 months and said that it was how it should be but gave me an option to pay to have it redone with another material. This review is about trust, integrity, ethics, frustration, and ghosting. The company installed polyaspartic color chip floor on my outdoor concrete slab in the summer of 2024. Although the finish was fine, the surface was not leveled, causing rain to puddle rather than run off. The salesman Teddy Beaudet promised to resolve the problem, but as time passed, he failed to follow through, and chose to ghost me. A dozen calls to the company’s main number were never answered. I’m leaving this review because the company is completely ignoring our phone calls. They did our 2 car garage floor and it was a great job and looked beautiful. But when we started to have a problem with chipping we called and they came out to look at it and said they get back to us. Well it’s been months since then, we never heard from again and after calling numerous times they are just ignoring us.

When the job was completed, there was epoxy all over my walls and the two guys that did it said sorry on their way out. I called and complained, boss made it right by bringing THE SAME GUYS back to repair. Still a few spots on my walls with random epoxy flakes. My basement floor also was not even remotely leveled before they put the layers down - it is very obvious where dips are.
