In our contuing effort to become as independent as possible from PG&E, we had a metal building put up on a concrete slab. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Epoxy Armor Systems. While the epoxy floor installation in my garage was completed, the lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care was extremely disappointing. First, the crew left without closing my garage door. Had they tried to close the garage door, they would have realized that they bumped sensors, causing them to be misaligned and the door couldn't close properly. We have been wanting our garage floor professionally done for years! I originally did the Box store Epoxy floor product, it only lasted a few years and looked flat. I was looking for a product that would last longer and stand out. Fantastic experience with Epoxy Armor Systems! They showed up on time, even early and replaced the old epoxy job that was pretty lackluster. Sean initially met me and explained his services and gave me a quote on the spot. I agreed to commence the work. We scheduled right then and they returned early in the following week. The first session was the grinding of the old and they laid the epoxy and flakes that day. That process took about 2.5 hours. The next day the came back and scraped and applied the clear coat.
