I recently had a massage at Epoch Integrated Health, and it was a really good experience from start to finish. The clinic is clean, calm, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional, and they made the whole visit comfortable. My RMT (Mr. Loon) took the time to ask about my concerns and focused on the areas where I had tension. I have been visiting Epoch Integrated Health since 2024 for massage therapy and chiropractic care, and my experience has consistently been excellent. Justin Sidhu deserves special mention — he is truly fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable, spot-on with his assessments, and genuinely compassionate in his approach. I had a great massage at Epoch Integrated Health with RMT Rajneet. She really listened to what I requested, especially when it came to the pressure, and adjusted everything perfectly. I felt comfortable the entire time, and she focused exactly on the areas that needed attention. The clinic is clean, warm, calming and the staff are friendly and professional. I left feeling relaxed and relieved from the tension I had. Highly recommend Rajneet if you’re looking for someone who actually listens and delivers the right pressure.
I have to share another review for Kelsey, she was amazing and I really enjoyed my massage today. She was very considerate about the pressue I prefer and my comfort. Also, the convenience of a late appointment so as to schedule it around work is great. The reception staff were very friendly and warm. Definitely recommend both Kelsey and Aimee!
Earlier this year I was introduced to the idea of incorporating osteopathy into my self care routine. Kennedy is amazing in her knowledge of the human body and her ability to stretch my body into a human pretzel! But I love it.
