So far I've had a couple of sessions at Epoch for RMT with both Simerpreet D and Katherine F; and they were both spectacular at addressing any issues I had in terms of work and gym related soreness or problem areas. Especially certain areas where I have a reflexive back spasms in some areas of my upper back!
