Just got a visit from Jacob today. He explained to me the procedures about asbestos testing. He walked me thru the steps and answered my questions. He was knowledgeable about the topic. Five samples were taken from our popcorn ceiling and the result would be ready in a day or two. Tnx Jacob. I read positive reviews about this company so I chose them. Jacob came to take a few samples from our ceiling to be tested for asbestos and was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Michael and his staff.
We rate this company as A+. Air testing completed for a phobic tenant. This company was efficient, on time and easy to communicate with.
Epoch has great customer service, they are efficient, and have great communication. Especially Rhonda, she gets things done!
