The experience I’ve had with Epoch on two separate projects has been superb. The entire construction project from planning to finishing is always efficient and thorough. Owner is rude and allows it’s trucks to be driven dangerously without regard for the lives of families
Poor quality work with disgruntled employees, finally figured out why - quoting one of their employee reviews.. "Terribly long days and no scope of work on most projects. Management is terrible, and there was very little organization or direction given" - makes sense why the workers were disinterested in producing good work.
