Good practioner poor lab service mixed lab tests with someone else's. Very dissatisfied with the poor level of lab service. My insurance had changed for next year.
Mixed results lab and accused me of using medications I already told them I had used.

Movers are let in to move crates and crates of your patient charts while UNSUPERVISED and let to roam around the offices freely. Did you authorize random movers to read your entire medical history? Avoid if possible there are better options. Very unprofessional and unorganized place. Rude employees waited an hour for an appointment that I showed up early to when several people walked in after me got to be seen first. After 45 minute wait she said defensively we're not ignoring these people just have shorter appointments. That's fine. But the real problem started when I went to the back and a employee began asking me questions, she cut me off and was overall very abrasive and seemed very confused.
