If I could give zero stars, I would. I am going on here too, and have had nothing but issues with this home. They are complete slumlord they do not care about their tenants. They only care about getting their rent. Here are only a handful of issues that I’ve had to deal with since renting from EPM LLC so my toilet leaks from the bottom my bathtub leaks all the way from the bathroom to the basement my walls are basically deteriorating paint is peeling off.
