I only went there for a specific doctor because he left his last practice and I would follow him anywhere BUT there’s been multiple times with questionable billing (that has already been paid) and they don’t reach out in a timely manner to request payment (for this mysterious fee), It’s typically more than a year but the call I got today was for 2024. =/
This Dr accepts zero responsibility for the way his offices are ran. I went to his other office for a different Dr. They closed that location. When I went to this office on Flamigo I go hit with more mysterious billing issues that I had already paid months prior. I told them to explain to me what was owed and why, they couldnt. The Dr then cameout and blammed the other office saying thats why he closed it. So I paid my balance AGAIN!! Please be aware this office routinely upcodes charges and fees. The level of service has been exceptionally poor, long wait times, especially when you have an appointment. I had to change where I have blood work taken as it consistently took over an hour or more wait.... Went for MRI results that were never shared with me.. I'd strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your medical care.
We have had so many problems with this office, from canceled, extremely delayed, late, appointments to issues with our billing, and our baby having a reaction to treatment. A nurse that did not record the correct measurements of our baby. We are moving on to a more organized, professional, doctors office.
Dr George is AMAZING!! He takes care of our whole family. The concierge service is unbelievably good! The concierge service is so worth it for a family of 5. And the girls that help him are great. We r EXTREMELY HAPPY with Dr George
