Despite all of the negative reviews, my experience has been great. But the wait could be better and office staff could step their game up a bit. I do appreciate the very knowledgeable providers that actually have a conversation about your health.
Dr. George and his staff have done a great job over the past 2 years working with me and my husband. We both feel like Dr George is straight and to the point and very thorough. This man is sharp, so bring all your questions and take notes! He is definitely helping us both work though some recent health issues in a very methodical and logical way... not a one-size-fits-all generic medical advice way. Thank you Epitomedical!
NEGLIGENT. After years of going to these guys for bloodwork, I thought of them as my primary care doctor. But then I was having knee problems and needed an MRI/specialist referral. I called the office number and got the recorded message (they hardly ever answer their phone) saying the fastest way to ensure service is to send an email. I emailed and got the auto-reply saying I should not expect to hear from their office for 3-4 business days and that I should not email a second time or they will restart the waiting period. We first learned of Dr. George while our son was in the NICU. The other familv told us how great he was. Watching his interactions with the family and hospital staff made our choice easy. He is the most caring and compassionate pediatrician in Las Vegas. He takes the time to listen to any concerns you have and answer all auestions throughly. The wait times can be long but he's worth the wait. I've never had a problem getting an appointment even as a sick walk in. Our family has been patients since 2014.
