I ordered DFL record 8/1/26 and order confirmation stated it would be mailed in 3 biz days. No where on order did it say it was a pre order sale. The money was taken. I’ve sent several follow up emails to get an update and 0 responses. I’ve opened a complaint with BBB and now going to dispute the charge with my bank. For a company that’s supposedly reputable I would not do biz with Epitaph. This is poor biz practices.
Love the bands and been a fan forever, however I ordered 3 albums from them over a month ago and they still haven’t shipped. No one will return my emails or answer any questions. I haven’t found a way to refund my money through Shopify. It all seems really shady.
