Patients are not a priority here. Staff needs override the individual needs of their patients. They also don’t take the patients outside in decent weather.
This place has tried to take advantage of my mother is so many ways it isn't funny. They have cashed a deposit check they were not supposed to (because they refused to let her in). Then they didnt return that deposit for over 6 months. They didnt return other deposit check from the unit she stayed in. They unit had a horrible smell (at move in) they refused to do anything about. The system for access is never updated or reprogramed as needed for access. Best Place All Around !
My parents have been here for over 10 years and live independently. They have been pleased with it and so has our family. The staff are helpful and friendly. Plenty of diverse activities. Residents support each other and have social hours. There are nice guest rooms to stay in if needed. Newspapers are delivered to their door, there is assistance with technology, and plenty of books to checkout, and a movie theater.
