as the paralegal for a local law firm this company's invoicing practice is probably the most backwards i have come across to date. you have to use an online portal (there are no phone options if you have to speak to someone) which requires you to type in ALL the info yourelf (including their job number and the amount owed). they require a credit card or bank account be linked to them (no one time payment, they want your info on file). and as if that wasnt enough, you then have to forward your payment receipt to a seperate em... read more
